4. Payments
Fees are payable as outlined in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work will commence only after receipt of any agreed advance payment. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
6. Marketing Performance Disclaimer
While we apply proven, data-driven strategies, digital marketing outcomes (traffic, rankings, leads, ROAS, etc.) depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and budget. We do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly agreed in writing for a particular engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Amit Jaiswal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with prior written notice, as specified in the individual service agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
10. Changes to These Terms
